This Subscription Policy applies when you choose a subscription, subscribe-and-save, or auto-refill option at checkout on organicwell.net.
How subscriptions work
When you choose a subscription, you enroll in automatic recurring orders at the interval you select, for example every 30, 45, or 60 days. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method automatically for each recurring order until you cancel.
Billing and renewal
Each recurring order is charged on its renewal date at the price shown when you subscribed, plus applicable taxes and shipping. If a subscription price changes, we will notify you in advance, and the new price applies to future orders only.
Managing or canceling
You can skip, pause, reschedule, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing support@organicwell.net. To avoid being charged for the next order, please make changes at least 2 business days before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future orders and does not refund an order that has already been processed, which is covered by our Return and Refund Policy.
Failed payments
If a recurring payment fails, we may retry the charge or pause the subscription until your payment details are updated.

Thank God for Dr. Isalguez! I did a telehealth with her the night before my microdiscectomy so I would have a doctor's approval in time for my surgery about a month ago and I count it as a miracle that she took the time to make this happen. A possible bacterial infection was found in my back when they opened me up. Dr. Gottleib, my surgeon said it looked "like a big pimple popped in there." They called it an abscess but hadn't gotten the lab results yet to determine the type of bacteria, if that's what it was. Once the operation was completed they sent my partner and I over to the ER at Doctor's Hospital where I stayed for a couple days while they took blood cultures and kept an eye on me. I was released late Friday after the operation and headed home to begin five weeks of IV antibiotics.
Luckily after the cultures came back everything was negative and I no longer needed the antibiotics.
Thank you, Dr. Isalguez, for taking your time late in the day to help me get my much-needed back surgery. I'm in much less pain now and very grateful to you.

A Truly Exceptional Doctor!
Dr. Isalguez is one of the most thorough and compassionate doctors I’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing. Unlike many past experiences, she actually makes eye contact, listens intently, and takes the time to walk through your full medical history with care and attention.
She doesn’t rush—she engages in a real conversation, explains everything in detail, and makes sure you fully understand what’s happening with your health. Her medical staff is just as incredible: warm, patient, and attentive. They made sure I felt completely comfortable, walking me through each step and answering every question I had.
