Her practice

Medicine that starts with the whole picture

A typical week at the clinic runs from advanced lab panels and hormone optimization to gut health, metabolic care and recovery protocols. Her patients are founders, athletes, and parents managing demanding lives — people who need their energy to be reliable, not occasional.

The through-line is the same in every case: understand what is actually happening, personalize the plan to the person, and optimize it over time with real measurement. Supplements are one part of that plan, never the whole of it.

"My patients don't need more products. They need the right ones, at doses that do something."

How she works

01

Understand

Advanced diagnostics and a long conversation. What the labs say, what your days actually look like, and where the two disagree.

02

Personalize

A plan built for your physiology and your schedule — nutrition, sleep, training, and the specific formulas that support them.

03

Optimize

Retest, adjust, and keep what works. Wearable data and follow-up labs turn guesswork into a feedback loop.

Why this store exists

Patients kept asking what to buy

The supplement aisle is designed to confuse. Underdosed formulas, unpronounceable blends, and marketing claims that would never survive a clinical review. Patients would leave the clinic with a plan and come back with the wrong bottle.

So Dr. Elizabeth started stocking what she actually recommends. Every formula here has to clear the same bar she applies in practice: the ingredient form the research used, at a clinically meaningful dose, made in a GMP-compliant, FDA-registered US facility with a Certificate of Analysis available on request. Most of what she reviews doesn't make it.

What earns a place

Studied ingredient forms · clinical doses · GMP-compliant US manufacturing with a Certificate of Analysis on request · labels she can explain in one sentence.

What does not

Proprietary blends · pixie-dusted doses · miracle claims · anything she would not give a patient in her own clinic.
